For items purchased on we operate a fourteen (14) day returns policy. This means that you have fourteen (14) days after receiving your item to return it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

You (the customer) will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  We (the seller) will not be in any way responsible for a lost or damaged returned item/parcel (sent by the customer). Returning any item/parcel will solely be the responsibility of the customer, and we always recommend the use of Trackable postal/courier services.

We recommend that you contact us at prior to shipping your item.  Following our response to your email returned item/s should then be mailed via a Trackable postal/courier service to: FrogBand Returns, 352 Cavendish Road, London, England, SW12 0PP. 

Defective or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right as quickly as possible.

If you (the customer) return any item claiming that it is defective, we (the seller) will examine the returned item and will contact you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund.

You (the customer) have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of any items whilst they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we (the seller) may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all/any items which are returned to us.

Issuing Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if a refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process refunds.
