UK DELIVERIES 

For all UK orders with delivery to a UK address we ship via a Tracked service providing security for your package.  This is not a Signed For service, and our standard postal packaging (holding up to 2 FrogBands) is a suitable size for letterbox delivery.  Allowing time for our processing and dispatch your order will typically arrive as per the guideline below:

UK – 3-4 working days 

If ordering 2 (or more) FrogBands we ship to any UK address for FREE, otherwise delivery is charged at £2.99.      

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For all orders with a delivery address outside of the UK we ship via a Tracked service providing security for your package.  This is not a Signed For service, and our standard postal packaging (holding up to 2 FrogBands) is a suitable size for letterbox delivery.  Allowing time for our processing and dispatch your order will typically arrive as per the guidelines below:

Mainland Europe - 4-5 working days  

Rest Of World - 5-10 working days

Deliveries to Mainland Europe are charged at £5.99 and deliveries to the Rest of World are charged at £7.50.

PLEASE NOTE:  Every country has its own set of rules, regulations, and taxes for importing.  For orders placed on frogband.com with a delivery address outside of the UK we will simply ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).  This means that if your particular country applies importation charges to our products then these charges, including Taxes* & Duties, are set to be paid by you (as the customer within that country) prior to your taking delivery.  Contact will be made by your country’s Postal Operator or Customs to settle any such charges before the shipment is released and delivered to you.

*if shipping to the EU on or after 1^st July 2021 this will include VAT at your country’s own rate.
