1. Either remove the band completely from wrist OR with band on right wrist simply unfasten it, remove lid, and gently pull atomiser end down to your cupped hand.
2. Twist spray nozzle to adjust direction, then spray.
3. To release any final liquid reserves hold band with stopper end raised above atomiser end, then shake.
Never force the band out of shape, stop whenever resistance is strong. Unsuitable for gels and creams, fill with liquids only (10ml capacity). For safety do not mix usage between different liquid types.
