1. With the Frogband logo facing you gently slide side of wrist through the gap between ends, then turn band to fit.
2. To fasten lift one end over the other, positioning so they push and stay together.
3. Softly squeeze and shape the band to your wrist for sizing and comfort. Never use force.
To remove use reverse method.
Never force the band out of shape, stop whenever resistance is strong. Unsuitable for gels and creams, fill with liquids only (10ml capacity). For safety do not mix usage between different liquid types.
